Im not sure this is great, but I put it in the Top 5 because its restrictions will no doubt breed some creativity

Forget big-ticket items like Doubling Season and Parallel Lives, but cheaper options like Heraldic Banner, Finale of Glory and Anthem of Champions are great upgrades

At 3U, it's reasonably costed for what it does (IMHO), especially considering the flexibility of the Room mechanic
